to the Columbus Ohio IAHSP Regional Chapter (CIRC)
The Columbus Ohio IAHSP™ Regional Chapter (CIRC) is a Regional Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP™). The CIRC was founded to foster growth and unity amongst our peers in the Staging Community; and to educate the region on the value of Staging through seminars, local events, and joint projects. We seek to work in partnership with each other, local business and Real Estate Agents for the goal of presenting homes for sale in a professional manner.

CIRC is committed to supporting the IAHSP™ Mission on a regional level and is dedicated to advancing the art and education of regional professionals who prepare homes for sale by:
- Enhancing Home Staging excellence
- Facilitating business development opportunities
- Fostering the sense of community where our members live and work
- Increasing the IAHSP identity in the industry
MEMBERSHIP
Our Members consist of ASP™ Stagers as well as ASP™ Real Estate Agents. Companies & Vendors in our community are also an important part of our membership as our Affiliate Business Members™ who support us and act as a part of the Staging Industry Team!
To join as a Member you must be an ASP™, ASP Master™ Staging Designers or an ASP™ Real Estate Agent. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. Our annual dues are $20.00 which will be designated for marketing and events. Affiliate Business Members are companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $150.00, which allows these business owners to market directly to our Ohio Stager membership as well as host our meetings as scheduled.
SHALL WE MEET?
CIRC meets once a month for business networking, where we discuss ways in which we can expand awareness of the Home Staging and Re-d esign industry in this region, share ideas, resources, and build relationships with each other to provide effective, efficient, professional service to our clients. Fees for annual membership will be determined shortly. Membership dues will be used to market Home Staging and our Chapter Membership throughout our region. Affiliate Business Membership fees will be determined shortly as well. This Membership will allow local business owners to establish relationships directly with our ASP™ members by having the option to host meetings and sponsor events. A great way to build more business within our region and become a part of a professional team! A win-win for all!!!
